Propuesta de borrador de anteproyecto de ley del deporte

Abstract

El presente documento se corresponde con el trabajo que un grupo de profesores universitario ofreció al Consejo Superior de Deportes en enero de 2018 y que contiene un borrador articulado de reforma de la normativa actual de deporte. El Proyecto fue desinteresado, gratuito y fruto de los debates en los que todos nosotros habíamos participado y tenia como finalidad contribuir a establecer un modelo que sirviera para la reforma del marco normativo.

This document corresponds to the work that a group of university professors offered to the Superior Council of Sports in January 2018 and that contains an articulated draft of reform of the current sports regulations. The Project was disinterested, free and the result of the debates in which all of us had participated and had the purpose of contributing to establish a model that would serve to reform the regulatory framework.
