Nuevos ejemplos de lenguas inventadas en algunas canciones de Navidad (siglos XVII y XVIII)

Abstract

In this paper we analyse the invented languages that appear in several Christmas carols from the XVII and XVIII centuries. We provide so a series of data that confirm the theories until now elaborated and based principally on dramatic works of the Golden Ages, as well as novel data. We will be able to verify that language is an indispensable element to fix the diatopic and diastratic origin of interlocutors, something very useful to prepare the way for their sociolinguistic study.
