La necesidad de combatir las desigualdades para lograr una ciudad sostenible

Abstract

El tema de este trabajo surgió de la constatación de la necesidad de comprender qué importancia se le debe dar al combate de las desigualdades sociales para lograr una ciudad sostenible. La investigación se enmarca en la línea de investigación del PPCJ Derecho ambiental, transnacionalidad y sustentabilidad y el proyecto de investigación Aportes tecnológicos de las smartcities a la consolidación de ciudades sustentables. Los temas relacionados con la sustentabilidad, son vitales para que podamos continuar la vida en el planeta y en ese ámbito radica la importancia del tema que trata las ciudades sustentables. Esta sostenibilidad debe basarse en dimensiones sociales, ambientales y económicas. En este diapasón, el objetivo general fue analizar, desde la doctrina, el concepto de desigualdad social, cuál es su relación con la pobreza y cuál es su impacto en el logro de una ciudad sostenible. Extrayendo, al final, la consideración de la necesidad de combatir las desigualdades sociales para conseguir una ciudad efectivamente sostenible, he aquí que la sostenibilidad tiene como objetivo la consecución de los derechos sociales de los ciudadanos. En cuanto a la metodología se utilizó el método inductivo y se utilizaron técnicas de referente, categoría, conceptos operativos, investigación bibliográfica y archivo.

The problem of this work arose before the verification of the need to understand the importance that should be given to combating social inequalities in order to achieve a sustainable city. The research is part of the research line of PPCJ Environmental law, transnationality and sustainability and the research project technological contributions of smart cities to the consolidation of sustainable cities. The themes related to sustainability are vital for us to continue life on the planet and in this area lies the importance of the theme that deals with sustainable cities. This sustainability must be based on social, environmental and economic dimensions. In this context, the general objective is to analyze, based on the doctrine, the concept of social inequality, what is its relationship with poverty and what is its impact on achieving a sustainable city, behold, sustainability aims at achieving the social rights of citizens. Extracting, in the end, the consideration of the need to combat social inequalities to achieve a city that is effectively sustainable. Regarding the methodology, the inductive method was used and the techniques of the referent, the category, the operational concepts, the bibliographical research and the filing were triggered.
