| This article analyzes the right of access to information from the civil protection service, the administrative activity that must foresee risks, prevent them and plan action in the face of catastrophic emergencies. It is demonstrated how not only the right to know the risk borne by a population and in a territory has been expanded, but also the right to know the preventive measures adopted by public powers, before and during the management of civil protection emergencies. And in the recovery phase. This article studies the sector, and its evolution as currently mandated by the Law of the National Civil Protection System, to highlight that applicable rights are enshrined in the transparency regulations and the right of access to administrative information. |
