Abstract: El TFG recoge y analiza el proceso constructivo que se ha llevado a cabo a la hora de rehabilitar integralmente un edificio de uso hotelero. Se estudian y analizan los diferentes aspectos llevados a cabo, partiendo del proyecto técnico de intervención y la posterior obra. Teniendo en cuenta la planificación, materiales, equipos de trabajo y procesos necesarios para realizar la obra. Se plantea la realización de un análisis crítico objetivo en todos esos aspectos.
