Resumen: | This reflection piece is a short summary of how haiku can help us to reconnect with nature and be used as a creative form of writing and a literary tool to raise environmental awareness and promote change. It is based on the experience developed in the chapter “Raising Environmental Awareness and Rewriting Education through Haikus” co-written by Lorraine Kerslake and Mª Encarnación Carillo and published in Literature as a Lens for Climate Change: Using Narratives to Prepare the Next Generation. 2022: pp. 171-193. |
