Aprender solidaridad mediante los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible: Una experiencia con futuros docentes de Primaria

Abstract

En el marco de la responsabilidad social que las universidades han de asumir y articular en su visión y misión, la Unidad de Cooperación de la Universidad de Alicante (UA) ha hecho un llamamiento a la integración de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) en los planes curriculares de los estudiantes de dicha institución. Respondiendo a este impulso hacia la solidaridad, esta comunicación presenta las acciones realizadas por las autoras y los resultados obtenidos. Los hallazgos de este estudio de caso con estudiantes del Grado de Maestro/a de Educación Primaria muestran la positiva respuesta del estudiante y su preparación para integrar los ODS en las aulas escolares en su futuro laboral.

Within the framework of social responsibility that universities have to assume and articulate in their vision and mission, the Cooperation Unit of the University of Alicante (UA) has called for the integration of the Sustainable Development Goals-ODS in the curricular plans of the students of this institution. Responding to this impulse towards solidarity, this communication presents the actions carried out by the authors and the results obtained. The findings of this case study with students of the Primary Education Teacher Degree show the positive response of teachers in initial training and their preparation to integrate the SDGs in school classrooms.
