Abstract: 
Tras la grave crisis industrial, las políticas sectoriales han insistido en la reestructuración subvencionada del tejido industrial existente, es decir, subsectores manufactureros maduros y de demanda débil (calzado, textil, juguete y segunda transformación de la madera), mediante un significativo cambio tecnológico. Sin embargo, en estos momentos de creciente internacionalización de la competencia, el ajuste se ha producido más bien de acuerdo con las leyes del mercado que según criterios planificados.
Après la grave crise industrielle, les politiques sectorielles ont envisagé la restructuration subventionnée du tissu industriel préalable, c'est à dire, les sous-secteurs manufacturiers mûrs et à faible demande tels que la fabrication de chaussures, industrie textile, des jouets et la deuxième transformation du bois, moyennant un changement technologique significatif. Cependant, le réajustement s'est produit bien plus grâce aux lois du marché (lors d'une période de croissante internationalisation de la concurrence) qu'à des critères planifiés.
After the serious industrial crisis, the sectorial policies have insisted upon the subventioned restructuration of previous industrial network, composed by textile, footwear, toys, and wood industries, by means of a significant technological change. On the contrary, in this moments of growing internationalisation of concurrence, the readjustment have followed the market rules rather than planified criteria.
