Abstract: 
Se analiza la necesidad de que el sistema español de gestión de emergencias deba ser único para todo tipo de catástrofes, incluso las de origen sanitario, con las adaptaciones que sean necesarias.
This paper analyzes the need for the Spanish emergency management system to be unique for all types of disasters, including those of health origin, with the necessary adaptations.
