¿Patrimonio olvidado o abandonado? La importancia de una buena gestión patrimonial

Abstract: 
La patrimonialización es un fenómeno que en España se adscribe a una serie de leyes y normativas dictadas por las instituciones públicas que se dedican a proteger y salvaguardar el patrimonio histórico y cultural. Hoy en día somos testigos de las problemáticas que conlleva la mala praxis de dichas instituciones y que hacen que se seleccione el patrimonio que debe ser protegido y el que no. Frente a estos, existen otros bienes patrimoniales que no cuentan con el reconocimiento de las administraciones o de algunos sectores económicos-sociales. De esta manera, acontecemos a movimientos que parten desde la sociedad civil para conseguir una patrimonialización y gestión del patrimonio con el fin de que este sea reconocido y preservado, sobre todo, para que retribuya beneficios a la sociedad. En este artículo, analizamos cuatro casos de participación ciudadana en procesos de patrimonialización.
In Spain, heritage conservation is a phenomenon that is constrained by laws and regulations that are implemented through the public structures responsible for historical and cultural heritage. At present, we are witnessing problems arising from the selection of heritage elements to be the recipients of patrimonialisation. In contrast to these, there are other heritage assets that do not have the recognition of the administrations or of some economic-social sectors. At the same time, we are witnessing movements that come from civil society to achieve the heritage and management of heritage in order for it to be recognised and preserved, above all, so that it can bring benefits to society. In this article, we analyse four cases of citizen participation in heritage processes.
