El alojamiento en la economía de plataforma

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el análisis de las relaciones jurídicas que se constituyen en el ámbito del alojamiento colaborativo. En este sentido se debería analizar en primer lugar las relaciones que unen a la plataforma con los distintos usuarios, tanto el huésped como el anfitrión. Además, el presente trabajo también tiene por objeto el análisis de las relaciones existentes entre huésped y anfitrión, tanto en el supuesto de cesión completa de vivienda como en el caso de que solo se ceda una parte de la misma.

This paper aims to analyse the legal relationships that occurs in the field of the collaborative accommodation. In this regard, the paper studies the characters and nature of the legal relationship between the collaborative consumer platform and the users, both the guest and the host. On the other hand, the paper also aims to analyse the nature and characters of the legal relationship between the guest and the host, taking in account the differences between the lending of the whole apartment and the lending of a single room.
