Obrim noves portes amb les claus del Tio Canya: la creació de la identitat. L’exemple d’una cançó i algunes possibles aplicacions

Abstract

La família, l’escola i els mitjans són factors decisius en l’educació i la formació de les persones durant la infantesa. Fa molts anys que ha quedat demostrat el benefici de l’ús de la música en aquesta etapa tan important, com a eina fonamental per al desenvolupament del cervell. La música col·labora, alhora, en la creació de la identitat col·lectiva d’un grup social. Per això, prenent com a paradigma la coneguda cançó del tio Canya d’Al Tall, l’article pretén mostrar algunes de les seues possibilitats amb aplicacions didàctiques i exemples d’altres músiques en què hi ha estat inspirada o basada. D’una banda, la generació anomenada besnets del tio Canya, que ret homenatge a una cançó convertida en símbol. De l’altra, a partir de la tradició de la música culta i la utilització del préstec en la composició, el III moviment del Concert valencià per a clarinet d’Andrés Valero-Castells, que hi empra la cançó com un dels motius melòdics de l’obra.

Family, school and the media are decisive factors in the education and training of people in their childhood. However, for many years, the benefits of using music in this important stage has been proved, as a tool for the development of the brain and simultaneously, collaborating in the creation of collective identity of a social group. Taking as a paradigm the well-known song Tio Canya, by Al Tall, the article aims to show some of its possibilities through didactic applications and examples of other music that have been inspired or based on it. On the one hand, the generation called the great-grandchild of Tio Canya, who pays homage to a song turned into a symbol. On the other hand, following the tradition of cultured music and the use of the loan in composition, the III movement of the Valencian Concert for clarinet by Andrés Valero-Castells, who uses the song as one of the melodic motifs of the musical piece.
