Pequeña nota sobre las relaciones de Albert Camus y Orlando Pelayo, pintor exiliado español que llegó a Orán en el barco Stanbrook en 1939. Se estudia el entorno cultural de Orán después de la Guerra Civil española, y la actividad de la librería-galería Colline. Se mencionan los retratos que Pelayo hizo de Camus.

Short note on the relationship between Albert Camus and Orlando Pelayo, a Spanish exiled painter who arrived in Oran on the Stanbrook ship in 1939. The cultural environment of Oran after the Spanish Civil War is studied, as well as the activity of the Colline bookstore-gallery. The note ends mentioning Pelayo’s portraits dedicated to Camus.
