La virtud narrativa de la autobiografía: la huella mnémica en un grupo de enfermeras

Abstract

A partir de narraciones personales, elaboradas por profesionales de enfermería, se ha realizado un análisis textual. En el apartado teórico se sitúa al lector sobre las claves de un trabajo cualitativo, inductivo e ideográfico y se presenta el recorrido reflexivo seguido, a partir de fragmentos autobiográficos, sobre el proceso de socialización por el que han transitado estos profesionales. La hipótesis inicial del trabajo partía desde la memoria declarativa o episódica para la recuperación de experiencias y acontecimientos, desde la reproducción de lo que se ha vivido en esa etapa iniciática. En el curso del trabajo se desveló la presencia de un insistente olvido que daba paso a la huella mnémica, como signo de ausencias que abren camino hacia una literatura etnográfica. Algunos ejemplos de este olvido presentan una gran virtud narrativa. Esta virtud es la que ayuda a vivir el tiempo como una historia y constituye configuraciones del tiempo. A través de estos textos se nos muestra que durante la etapa inicial de prácticas, se producen procesos singulares que corren parejos a los de integración en el ámbito profesional. Los materiales trabajados son sin duda textos vívidos, que generan espacio tanto para la autorreflexión del propio narrador, como analítico para el etnógrafo.

From personal narratives, which were developed by nursing experts, a textual analysis. In the theoretical section the reader is on the keys of a qualitative, inductive and ideographic and presents the reflective path followed from autobiographical fragments on the socialization process by which these professionals have developed. The working hypothesis started from the declarative or episodic memory for the recovery of experiences and events, from the reproduction of what has been experienced in the initiation stage. During the work revealed the presence of an insistent forgetting that gave way to the track mnemic, absences as a sign that open a path towards ethnographic literature. Some examples of this neglect by presenting a great narrative. This is the virtue that helps the time to live as a story and it's time settings. Through these texts shows that during the initial stage of practice, there are unique processes that are similar to those in the professional integration. The materials are certainly worked vivid texts, generating space for the narrator's own self, as for the analytical ethnographer.
