Resumen: This study presents an alternative for the combined revalorization of two wastes with high volumes of generation, such as end-of-life tyres and glass. The experimental grid considered the analysis of the joint use of crumb rubber and glass powder in mortars. Crumb rubber is analysed as a sand replacement at 10% and 15% percentages, while glass powder is'. analysed as a 10% replacement for cement, considering the effect of two maximum size particles (38 μm and 45 μm). The results obtained show a decrease in the mechanical strength of the mortars, mainly associated with the use of crumb rubber, which increases with the increase in the percentage of crumb rubber used. However, a synergistic effect of the joint use of crumb rubber with glass powder was observed, which allowed the improvement of not only the thermal properties of the series but also those of water absorption, porosity and capillarity.
