Abstract:	A efectos de dar un nuevo impulso al enriquecimiento sin causa, se estudia este en relación con situaciones donde prima el planteamiento de la pérdida de la causa del acto y su posible ineficacia. \| This article explores the unjust enrichment in situations in which occurs the loss of the cause if the administrative act and, consequently, when it becomes ineffective.
