Competencias genéricas y búsqueda de capital humano en el siglo XXI: Una investigación documental

Abstract

En los últimos años la ciencia y la tecnología están avanzado a pasos agigantados, por lo que los conocimientos técnicos que evolucionan tan rápidamente están perdiendo importancia respecto a competencias interpersonales como la capacidad de adaptación y el aprendizaje. El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar una investigación documental informativa, la cual pretende relatar lo concerniente al tema de las competencias genéricas necesarias para abordar el s. XXI con éxito. Este tipo de investigación describirá como son consideradas las competencias genéricas dentro del mundo empresarial y cómo deberían ser tenidas en cuenta en el sector académico. En particular se hará hincapié en el capital humano, tratando de estudiar su modo de gestión, y ordenando la información disponible en un cuerpo coherente de ideas. Además, tratará de sistematizar la información y aportar nuevos enfoques en base a documentos y literatura hallada sobre el tema de las competencias genéricas necesarias para el desarrollo interpersonal actual.

In recent years, science and technology have advanced by leaps and bounds, and so rapidly evolving technical knowledge is becoming less important than interpersonal skills such as adaptability and learning. The aim of this work is to carry out informative documentary research, which aims to relate to the subject of the generic skills necessary to successfully tackle the 21st century. This type of research will describe how generic competences are considered within the business world and how they should be taken into account in the academic sector. In particular, emphasis will be placed on human capital, trying to study its management, and sorting the available information into a coherent body of ideas. Furthermore, it will try to systematize the information and provide new approaches based on documents and literature found on the subject of generic competences necessary for current interpersonal development.
