| Resum: | The coronavirus pandemic continues to spread and both private and public initiatives aspire to address this problem. Technology in general and Big Data in particular can help us achieve our goal, but it may be too costly in terms of privacy, especially in authoritarian States. We intend to find the rights potentially affected by this situation, upon which legal grounds can the legislator restrict those rights, and which principles must inspire this restriction. We analyze the different possibilities that technology brings us in order to understand their impact on our rights. |
